I'm so excited to walk the journey with you and your family. We are going to develop a plan of action to help you meet the needs of your child or young adult. What can you expect? An Advocate that has walked the journey to give you real life out of the box thinking coupled with my expertise in case management, transition support services and more. I'm more than an advocate. I am here to help you clear the fog so you can see clearly and make informed decisions on the transition process for your child from childhood to adulthood. My purpose is to help you walk the journey with guidance. Which means I will help guide you along the way so that you don't have to walk this journey alone. Let's get started. The road may seem long but you no longer have to be alone in the fight.

Our
Advocacy Journey
Transition into adulthood can be scary when you are treading into uncharted territory. I have transitioned many individuals from institutional care into the community with supports and collaborations along the way. I have seen the good the bad and the ugly. No need to give you that snapshot. I have worked at the state and federal level as a disability advisor.
I too have walked the journey of transition with my own son, Bryant who is on the Autism Spectrum. We have been in the room that you need to be in and sat in the meeting you need to sit in. Let me tell you it is hard if you have to do it alone. We have made it our mission in life to equip, educate and spread positive awareness through our journey. His story is still unfolding as we have graduated from HS and enter into vocational training and launched his Hypeman Autism Warrior apparel line. SO, our journey continues, and we'd like to take you along for the ride.

Why Work with Me
I help you develop a strategic approach into transition. You are the CEO of your child's life, so we plan accordingly. Do you have a vision for your child's future? What are the barriers your child needs to overcome in the process? We will map it out. I have established a support plan that helps you with continue support through the year with school ARD advocacy, transitional support services, resource coordination, case management and community...all included with my customized family support plan. This plan is tailor made for your family. No one family's plan is the same. Your plan is unique based on where you are on the journey. So, lets strategize, develop, implement, and establish a plan of action with the accountability of an advocate. How cool is that? I needed this when I was going through my journey. I will provide you with the "me" that I always needed for "me". Most importantly I help support your family through the eyes of a mom that has a special needs child. I'm ready to get in the trenches and roll up my sleeves to help you fight for your kiddo like my own.

A contract will be sent based on your selection of proposed services

Your choice of a monthly subscription plan option to pay OR a pay in full option. The Pay in full option will provide you with a discount.

An family intake application and consents will be sent to allow consent to speak to designated audiences to help collaborate support and services

receive portal access
You will have access to an online portal to upload documents. This portal can also be used to pay invoices and schedule your sessions.

FAQ's
How long are the monthly plans?
- The Monthly plans listed above are for 4 months. Extended monthly plans are available upon request. Monthly plans are to be used in 4 consecutive months.
Do you take insurance plans?
- All of our plans are a self-pay. We are not accepting insurance at this time. Extended payment options available upon request.
Do you take Pro Bono cases?
- No, however I do offer 2 scholarships per annual year. Must qualify if they are available.
Do you offer a discount for multiple children?
- Yes, there is a sibling discount available for families that need more than one child services at the same time.
Are the plans available for renewal after the 4 months?
- Yes, all plans are available for renewal after the total session have been completed.
